Refund Policy
Myzo, LLC ("Myzo") offers a straightforward refund policy for subscriptions to the Services. This page mirrors the refund and cancellation terms that appear in Section 4 of our Terms of Service, which remain the authoritative source.
Refund window
Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the initial purchase or the most recent renewal charge. Approved refunds are issued by the payment processor to the original payment method within five to ten (5–10) business days. Refunds are not available for partial billing periods or after the 14-day window, except where required by applicable law.
How to request a refund
All refund requests must be directed to the payment processor that billed your Subscription:
- Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
- Paddle: contact us at legal@getmyzo.com and we will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.
Paddle.com Market Limited acts as the Merchant of Record for Subscriptions initiated through our website, so refunds for those Subscriptions are ultimately processed by Paddle.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the paid Services through the end of the period you have already paid for.
- If your Subscription was purchased through the iOS App Store, cancel through your Apple ID Subscription settings.
- If your Subscription was purchased through the Google Play Store, cancel through your Google Play Subscription settings.
- If your Subscription was purchased through our website (Paddle), cancel from the Manage Subscription area of the Myzo Parents app, or by emailing legal@getmyzo.com.
Except as required by applicable law, Myzo does not provide pro-rata or partial refunds for unused portions of a Subscription period.
